These terms apply to your use of this website and to any digital product you buy from Hustle Studio ("we", "us"). By buying a product you agree to them.
We sell downloadable digital products (guides, templates, worksheets). Each product page describes what is included and the file format. Products are delivered electronically: after payment you are redirected to a download page. Nothing physical is shipped.
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax/VAT. Prices are shown in US dollars. Waffo's own terms also apply to the payment transaction.
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own work and business, including with your own clients. You may adapt the templates for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or re-publish the files (in original or modified form) as a product of your own.
If a product doesn't work for you, email chenphien@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we will refund you in full. No complicated conditions. Refunds are issued through Waffo Pancake to your original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Our products contain general information and templates. They are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Results depend on how you use them; we do not guarantee any particular income or outcome. Where a product mentions contracts, taxes or similar topics, consult a qualified professional before relying on it.
Some products describe how to use third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini). We are not affiliated with those providers. Your use of them is subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for what you share with them, including client information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share publicly, or claim as your own any purchased file, in whole or in part. If you breach these terms we may, without refund, revoke your access to downloads and future updates, refuse future purchases, and pursue the remedies available under applicable law, including recovery of losses caused by unauthorized redistribution.
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
